The short film „Apocalypse“ doesn‘t narrate a storyline; instead, it captures a diffuse feeling — the atmosphere of downfall.
It freezes the moment when absolute catastrophe becomes unavoidable, marking the realization of finitude and the destructive force of humanity. The film aims to encapsulate an indescribable mix of emotions that may overwhelm us when directly confronted with the worst-case scenario of climate catastrophe. It also addresses the guilt and despair that many of us already grapple with today.
